Vista aérea do Centro Desportivo Municipal Miguel Sevi Viero, vulgo Farrezão, situado na Rua Appel, no Bairro Nossa Senhora de Fátima, na cidade de Santa Maria/RS. O Prefeito Miguel Sevi Viero, que governou Santa Maria entre 1960 e 1963 fez a doação à Prefeitura do terreno onde o ginásio foi construído. Durante a Gestão do Prefeito José Haidar Farret, nos anos de 1980, o espaço passou por melhorias bem como intensificou-se a sua utilização pela comunidade, fatos explicativos do apelido tão conhecido.
